Varanasi@Udaan India: A special security meeting was organized under the leadership of Assistant Police Commissioner, Kotwali, where traders from Vishweshwarganj, Kashi Kirana, and Lohatiya trade associations participated. The main objective of this meeting was to address the problems of traffic jams and encroachments during the festive season.
The discussion primarily focused on the issue of unnecessary parking of auto-rickshaws and electric rickshaws (totos) in the market area, which causes frequent traffic jams. Police instructed traders not to park goods vehicles in front of their shops and to inform the police outpost regarding any such activities.
